Starlind co. is a company started in 1999 by two people by the names of Bernard "Pegasus" Abell, and Three "Nebula" Abell-Nyburg. They Created Starlind Co. to sell high-quality technology and computer parts.
They were known for their incredible AI compantion (aptly named "Companion") that could do tasks, much like Clippy and Microsoft Sam (and god forbid we mention Bonzai Buddy) before her.
There were many controversies and many interesting mysteries, which are detailed in the Wikipedia page we archived before it was taken down.
We are lovers of old technology, and we believe that nothing should be erased from history, no matter how bad it makes someone look. Starlind made many mistakes, covered up disappearances, sold faulty and dangerously made electronics, and kept it a secret for decades.
We hope, that by making this archive, we can put the information out there that Abell and Abell-Nyberg had sought to censor.
We want companies to know, their consumers are watching, we are knowledgeable, we are archiving. Their mistakes, their crimes, their coverups, will be seen and noted. None of us want what we think happened, to happen again. We don't want any other corporations doing what Starlind did.
